Additional Users
Add 10 user accounts per unit to your organization, beyond the 1 included with your account.
Additional Users expands your organization's member capacity. Each unit adds 10 user accounts to your PrinterMon organization, allowing more team members to log in to your nodes with their own credentials and role-based permissions.
Every PrinterMon account includes 1 user by default — the organization owner. As your team grows, add more seats so farm managers, print engineers, and operators can each have their own login with permissions tailored to their role.
Each user gets their own session, their own activity history, and access scoped to what their role allows. The organization owner controls who has access and what they can do through the role and permissions system.
Users are managed from your printermon.com account page under the Organizations tab. Add members by email, assign roles, and adjust permissions at any time.
